Application checklist

ID for each applicant – Driver Licence, Passport, Medicare
Income for PAYG – 2 most recent payslip and most recent PAYG Summary
Most recent rental statement for any current investment properties
Income for Self Employed:
- 2 most recent personal Tax Returns and the Notice of Assessments
- 2 most recent company Tax Returns and Financial Statements
6 months savings account statement and 3 months transaction account where salaries are being paid into (if different to savings account)
If refinancing, 6 months home loan statements for each home loan
3 months loan statements for all other loans, like credit cards, car loans, personal loans
If purchasing, copy of the full, signed contract (not just the front page)
